1. SALES

Every order placed and paid through this website and confirmed via email constitutes a sales agreement between the purchaser and Outside In Distribution.

2. PRICES & ADDITIONAL COSTS

The prices of our products include all taxes, except for the costs of shipping, which will be added upon completion of your order.

All orders must be paid in Euros.

3. PAYMENT

All charges must be paid to us directly before orders will be shipped out. 

All orders must be made using Card / Stripe at checkout, we are looking to add other payment options in the future.

4. PRE-ORDERS

Orders containing pre-order items will not be shipped until all items are available. If you need items shipped faster, please order them separately. Keep in mind that release dates may vary from what is stated on our product pages. We strive to display the most accurate release dates based on information from distributors, labels, and pressing plants.

5. STOCK & AVAILABILITY

All products are sold based on available stock. Should there be a stock discrepancy or other issue on our part, we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

Cancellation of Pre-Orders: If you wish to cancel a pre-ordered item, please email us directly and the order will be resolved.

7. DELIVERY & SHIPMENT

All items are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes to withstand shipment handling. Outside In is not accountable for shipments sent to an incorrectly provided address or for any damage caused by the delivery company. For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These fees cannot be passed on to Outside In.

All orders will be delivered by UPS and a tracking will be sent to your email address provided as soon as it is sent.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We are here to supply quality products and take great pride in this, however if for some reason you are not happy with an order and want to exchange or refund, please get in touch with us directly by email and we will make sure to resolve the issue for you.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will only be used to process your order and manage your account. We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary for order fulfilment.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

Outside In reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
